repeating appointment agenda items with no end date

Hi There,

I have a repeating agenda item with no end date.
After a synchronisation my phone with z-push changes the enddate to somewhere in 2038 and then Outlook doesn't show that a appointment anymore.
The webaccess shows this item normal.
When i change te oulook view to show repeating appointments, i can see these appointments an change them back to "no end date".

Please provide steps-to-reproduce; where did you create the item, where did you edit the item, what versions of software are you using

In my setup modifying and creating a recurring item with no end date works as expected, in both directions (pda -> server, server -> pda) on Zarafa 5.20 and latest z-push from subversion, using MS WM5.0/MSFP emulator.

We now use zarafa 5.22 and z-push 1.0. The client is Microsoft Outlook 2007.
After upgrading to z-push 1.0 a lot of problems disapeared. But the problem of repeating appointments is stil there.

The user creates a appointment in ol2007: every friday : 15:00 appointment with xxx with no end date.
After the wm6 phone synchronised the item to the phone it apears okay there.
But the appointment dissapears in OL 2007.
When i switch the calender view to repeating appointments the appointment is there but with a enddate of 2038.
The appointment appears normal in the webaccess.
Changing the enddate to no end dates get's the appointment back in the normal OL2007 callender view.

Hi Geert,

I will look at that today.
The enddate of 2038 is relatively "normal", as that is the latest year PHP can handle.

I will keep you updated..

Hello Geert,

I could reproduce that problem with 5.22. In my tests the appointment disappeared after it was changed by the PDA or the webaccess.
That was an issue with PHP-MAPI (which Z-Push uses) and was fixed in version 5.23.
Just tested it with 5.23 and it worked as expected

Please consider updating.
